Over the last twenty years Donna has built a career as a photographic artist, primarily a portrait artist.
Her work is seen around the world in magazines and exhibitions and she has gained international recognition, winning over 80 prestigious photographic awards over the last five years.
She has worked with aid organizations in many places in the developing world including Mongolia, Nepal, Mexico, Thailand, India, Vietnam, Cambodia and Africa.
She undertakes personal photographic projects on subject's that interest her, such as spending weeks living with the Reindeer People of Far North Mongolia in the Siberian Mountains. Also whilst in Mongolia undertaking a project to meet and photograph Shamans in an effort to create understanding for these minority groups.
Spiritual people in the Himalayan regions of India, Bhutan, Mongolia, Nepal and Tibet are also of great interest to her.
Donna began her photography initially as a staff member on metropolitan daily newspapers shooting news, sport and fashion in Australia. Presently she owns a successful photographic studio in Melbourne, Australia and travels for part the year on photographic missions.
